At Big Valley Pet Resort, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care for your pet(s) in a fun & safe environment while they are away from home. In order to board, groom or attend daycare here at BVPR, there are vaccines and immunizations that all pets are required to have before they can visit. There are also several forms and documents that must be filled out by owners to use our services.
Below is a list of required immunizations that your pet will need for boarding, grooming and daycare. If you are a new client contact us here to receive the required grooming paperwork that will need to be filled out before your first appt.
Timing & Pick-Up Process
The demand for grooming appointments is high, and we are often booking weeks in advance. We kindly ask that you remain respectful in your communication with our staff—they are doing their best to accommodate your requests in a timely manner.
Pet grooming involves multiple steps, including bathing, drying (either in a kennel or by hand), grooming, and other services, which take time to complete properly. Our groomers have a system in place to move dogs through efficiently while ensuring each pet receives the best care.
Big Valley Pet Resort will call or text you when your pet is ready for pickup, typically between 2-5 pm. If your pet is ready earlier, we will call you sooner. Please ensure we have your updated contact information to avoid any delays.
