Deposit Requirement for Peak Dates
We recognize that securing your pet boarding reservation during the busiest times is an important part of your planning. Your deposit will be due at the time of booking over the phone. You will be asked to put a credit card on file, give card information over the phone or pay in person. Your holiday/peak weekend reservation will not be confirmed until your deposit has been paid. To ensure that we can accommodate all the reservation requests and plan for the appropriate staffing, we will be requiring a 50% deposit on reservations for the following times:
- Easter Weekend/North Kitsap SD Spring Break | April 5th - 13th 2025 (refundable up to 3 days prior to start)
- Memorial Day Weekend | May 25th - 27th 2025 (refundable up to 5 days prior to start)
- 4 th of July | July 3rd-5th 2025 (refundable up to 5 days prior to start)
- Labor Day Weekend | Aug 31 - Sep 2nd 2025 (refundable up to 10 days prior to start)
- Thanksgiving | Nov 26th - 28th 2025 (refundable up to 10 days prior to start)
- Christmas | Dec 24th - 26th 2025 (refundable up to 10 days prior to start)
- New Years | Dec 31st 2025 - Jan 2nd 2026 (refundable up to 10 days prior to start)
