Hailey

Hailey started working here when she was 17, just before graduating high school, looking for a part-time job to fit around college. Little did I know how quickly I’d fall in love with the work. Spending my days with dogs—playing, bonding, and seeing their excitement —has been a dream come true. Over the years, I’ve met so many amazing dogs, each with their own quirks, and formed special bonds with many of them. The joy they bring into my life is something I’ll always cherish.

Hailey is currently training to become a commercial pilot, dedicating most of her time to mastering the skies. Outside of her rigorous training, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring nature, and expanding her knowledge of cars and aviation—her passion for flying clearly extends beyond her career choice!  Hailey’s drive and enthusiasm shine through in everything she does, balancing her ambitious goals with hobbies that keep her grounded.
