These Agreements allow us to put our current policies, and some new ones, formally into writing for all clients to read and review. Our new policies will take effect on March 15, 2026.
We have also created an Emergency Contact & Veterinary Authorization document that must be filled out and signed by all clients who use our Boarding and/or Daycare services.
We use the Gingr platform for our client and booking services. We are opening the Parent Portal for clients starting March 1, 2026. The Agreements will be available for review and signature in your profile.

You can use your email or the primary cell phone number to access your account. Reset your password the first time you are logging in. There is also a Gingr for Pet Parents app for your phone. To find Big Valley Pet Resort, use invite code: 864721.
If you ever have trouble accessing your account or making reservations, please give us a call and we can help you navigate the portal the best we can.
You are also able to sign the agreements in person, whether on paper or electronically, if you would like to do so while dropping your pet off for a reservation prior to March 15th.
The biggest change that comes with the client agreements is the introduction of deposits for all boarding reservations.
To provide the highest level of care and supervision for every pet — and to operate using responsible business practices — our staffing schedules are carefully built around confirmed daily reservations.
Our Pack Leaders thoughtfully create playgroups based on the dogs in our care each day. Pet Care Attendants prepare kennels in advance for scheduled arrivals, and our Front Reception team organizes cat accommodations to ensure siblings are housed together and mobility needs are properly supported. Each reservation directly impacts staffing levels, preparation, and the individualized care we provide to every guest.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly disrupt daily operations at Big Valley Pet Resort, affecting staffing, kennel preparation, and the ability to offer available space to other clients in need of care. For this reason, we are implementing a cancellation policy and a reservation deposit policy designed to support fairness, consistency, and the highest standard of care for all pets entrusted to us.
You will be required to have a signed BVPR Boarding Client Agreement or Dog Daycare Client Agreement on file with us to make a reservation after March 15th.
